Aristotle runs in a single tenant, Aristotle-hosted or inside the client's cloud, and the client keeps ownership of its data.
The platform and the client's data stay inside one tenant: Aristotle-hosted for most clients, or the client's own cloud account.

Five controls protect client data from the first connection onwards.
Aristotle-hosted, or deployed in the client's own cloud account.
Data, models and outputs belong to the client.
Access managed through the client's identity provider.
Every query, agent step and approval is recorded.
Client data does not train models that serve other clients.
Procurement and IT teams usually ask these questions first.
Where does client data sit?
In a single tenant, in the US. Most clients use the Aristotle-hosted tenant; clients with a cloud team can host it in their own AWS, Azure or Google Cloud account. The platform reads from source systems through read only connections or flat-file extracts.
Do you send our data to a language model provider?
Agents use language models from leading providers under zero data retention terms. Client data is never used to train models, and no client data is shared across tenants.
Will you sign our NDA and complete a security questionnaire?
Yes. Both are standard before the diagnostic starts.
Who owns the models and outputs?
The client owns its data, the models trained on it and every output the platform produces.
Who at Aristotle can see client data?
Only the specialists working on the deployment, with access the client grants, can withdraw at any time and can review in the audit log.
Size the opportunity on your own data in 30 days.
The diagnostic connects to existing systems and sizes the pricing and growth opportunity.
